On the subject of Splenda. Please give me some alternative natural sugar sources. I have been using Splenda probably over a year now. It started when I went on the Atkins diet and tried to stay away from white sugar. Any suggestions!!! Thanks for all you all do!! Blessings & Rainbows, Lynn Forth Lic. Guest guest
Try xylitol. You can use it just like sugar except making hard candy. It tastes really good. It doesn't cause tooth decay, doesn't support Candida, and doesn't trigger the insulin response that regular sugar does. You can get gum, mints, toothpaste, etc with it. You can get xylitol and info about it at http://www.xlear.com. You could also use stevia. Linda - Lynn M.
