Guest guest Posted January 13, 2004 Report Share Posted January 13, 2004 just curious to find out if anyone has any ideas on treating muscular dystrophy. my mother is in a nursing home, and has had a mild form of MD for years. not that she would consent to alternative treatments, mind you.... she places much faith in western medicine, even though the nursing staff has made it clear that they believe that " sugar doesn't affect diabetes " and a sugar level of over 700 is " acceptable " ; they also don't worry about cholesterol levels, because the patients are going to die anyway.
