Guest guest
Thank you for your comments! The pediatrician told my daughter that goat's milk had the same proteins as cow's milk. But she has been trying it out on him with great results. He seems to tolerate it just fine. .. Yvonne That shows you how much the pediatrician knows. The curd of goat's milk is much finer and more easily digestible than cow's milk. Of course, if you are looking at severe casein allergies even goat dairy is out. We had a local baby screaming in agony on all sorts of formula and even his Mom's milk for the first three months of his life. My goat farmer friend provided him with fresh, raw goat's milk, full of enzymes, and he was fine. Totally illegal of course, sigh. This world is so nuts. Don't get me started.
