I have been into organics for over 6 years now, since I was pregnant with my youngest. I also, go to a naturopath, and have had accupressure treatments, which helped tremendously(for repetitive movement issues)I did not need surgery, I am sure it is due to my use of vitamins, and exercise, and I eat organic as much as possible. I am so enjoying reading all the information from this group.
