Marie, what about the LIFE you could be

living? The effects of always sleeping are that

life passes you by!

I love sleeping too, but don't you want to LIVE?

Hi Marie,

I really laughed at Ieneke's response. It is so true. Let us however look at why an individual might turn to the inner part of herself in preference to the outer part. Some might call this escapism. However, oftentimes we turn towards the inner because we are in a cycle of profound healing in which the inner forces of our being are reconfigured by Spirit. It is often a transitional time in which the Winds of Change move through an individual's life and our outer world is one of uncertainty, even quite foreign to us, as if everything no longer makes sense.

In truth, those who cannot sleep find great challenge in surviving. Sleep is a time of healing in which the inner forces function independently of the outer forces and for a brief moment we leave the domain of physicality where effect is often misinterpreted as cause. Some have an active dream life with friendships and even a family as the inner reality of other dimensional living supercedes for them the reality of their physical life. Yet, man is here to demonstrate his ability to bring the inner worlds into his outer world and with balance make his way in this world while learning the ways of love and service.

It is always our responsibility to bring balance into our lives. those who spend a disproportionate amount of time sleeping are in many ways avoiding the purpose of their physical life. It is a time of great activity and fast paced living. Although oftentimes unfamiliar and foreign to Soul, it is the way of this cycle of life, being and existence, especially in our western world. Look within your dreams for the answers to your outer life. However, when you find them, know that their application in your outer life is the demonstration of your love for yourself and God.

Much Love in Spirit,

Stephen
