Guest guest
Goodmorning everyone, I've been prescribed sleeping meds for a few years now with the hope that one day they will not be needed. At present I'm allowed to take 150mg seroquel and 10mg ambiem along with 15mg remerron. It sounds like alot but still sleep only comes for 1 to 3 hours and its not enough. The rest of the night is spent reading, walking up & down the stairs to see whats going on outside. The dog sleeps better half the time I go outside myself becouse she wont get up .I get on line but when I'm tired it hurts my eyes. ANY SUGGESTIONS WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED. Thank you very much, Kevin B.

Guest guest
Hello, Here is what I have found helpful: [also you could ask yourself what in your life is causing you stress; of course insomnia increases stress, so it becomes a cycle. While you're figuring that out, try: a homeopathic remedy by Boiron, I use Quietude and Sedalia. I also put in a glass of water a few drops of extract which is a combination of herbs to add insomnia, such as skullcap, hops, kava kava, passion flower. Usually I fall asleep before I finish drinking. Good luck. also make sure you are not ingesting any caffeine. And liquor can disturb your sleep. ellen In , " spiritedone_71 " <spiritedone_71> wrote: > Over the past couple of days there have been several posts related > to alternative answers for sleeping. Guest guest
I found that I was nearly always tired and often spent time in my room dozing. On a 'good' day I started to blitz the house and burnt uplifting essential oils. As I worked through the house I could 'feel' the energy in it changing and it doesn't weigh me down now. I space cleared everywhere when I'd de-cluttered, took 2 trips to the dump, some stuff to the charity shops and posted some on ebay and I have (so far) had far more energy and spend much less time in my room. I've tried to keep the house tidier, burn oils more frequently and space clear after each dusting etc. I also have crystals hanging in the hall corridor as the front door faces the back one and a wind chime in my entrance porch. Even friends have noticed the difference and dh says he doesn't feel so tired either. HTH someone Peace Emma
Guest guest
dt.16.1.2004 in so many such cases i have found persons having bad dreams specially of the sexual attack type. they make you feel sleepy so that they are free to act. you seem to have tried reiki cleaning . if not it could be helpful. d.k.kothari - carpediem8842003 Friday, January 16, 2004 12:46 AM Re: I need alternative answers to sleeping meds I found that I was nearly always tired and often spent time in my room dozing.
