Guest guest
Im a newbie to the group, so hope you dont mind my 2 cents.... Epsom Salt in a bath... with a lil sea salt... is a soothing.. and relaxing way to relieve the restessness... in your whole body... Im BIG on aromatherapy... and believe that lavendar in your place of rest is also a HUGE plus.... in any form... as long as its fragant. Guest guest
A lil side note, my apologies I forgot to add... Many ppl do not like the smell of lavendar... especially mixed in their baths... a good note is to mix with Chamoille... and I personally wouldnt use an oil that isnt Therapuetic Grade... some none T grade lavendar is called lavedal and will give you quite different results.... MY 1 cent more... Tara

They're also amazing for cleansing the body if you have a teaspoon a morning in a drink (they call that Sole). The website in England is www.realsalt.co.uk but there must be people selling in the States. In the meantime a great site to go and check out and learn more about them. :-) HTH Emma
