Guest guest
This kind of situation occurs whilst the top 3 chakras (energy centers locating from the neck to the top of the head) flows but energy blocks remains at the lower chakras. As the lower chakra governs the survival and interactions in the physical plain. The best and the simpliest way forward is to encourage this individual to exercise, particularly yoga. Exercises helps to gently activate the flow of the lower chakras, it also allows the heart chakra to be more open in relation to the lower chakra so that one would be more willing to live in the physical earth. There is a set of Chinese Qi Kong which aims particularly at grounding and it has proven to be extremely effective at grounding and restoring health. However, if the chakra blocks at the lower chakras is linked with dis-alignment of energy flows in the body, then some healing work and realign the human energy line before any physical work proceed, Alexanda technique is recommended for this process. I hope this information helps. Guest guest
Hello Kerry, Hopefully you don't mind me off the topic a bit. I have once conducted a faith test from www.beliefnet.com and that it turned out that my believe system was 100% to the stream of UUs, yet due to my physical location (I live in Hong Kong), I never manage to know much about UUs. Care to share?
