I take a subligual B12 from Trivita.com which seems to give me more energy and is supposed to uplift one's mood. I believe it does. I also take a multi-vitamin.

Also since low levels of serotonin is the culprit for depression, WalMart sells 5-HTP, which is serotonin. I have tried that too which seems to help and it's inexpensive. Or you could look in a health food store for information.

*****Just a word of CAUTION.....when you purchase vitamins/herbs from WalMart, K-Mart, Cosco, Sam's, Grocery outlets, drug stores, etc., etc., you are running a risk for many reasons but the most important one is you do NOT know if what you are purchasing contains what it says.......You can find "quality" products through referrals and be assured that the product is what you think you are buying......Cheaper is not always better and you don't know what kind of fillers are used, how the product is manufacturered, how it is stored. I learned this the hard way and became very ill with products from WalMart......To get a good product is not always as expensive as you think....you just need to research and ask questions....just please BEWARE of where and what you purchase....

I can refer you to some places, which I do NOT have any financial interest in but know they have outstanding products......I get a lot of my product from

www.liverfriend.com and have converted most of what I take to powder form....

Vit E can not be taken in powder form.....let me know if I can make anymore suggestions....
