Guest guest
Hello everyone. I'm new to this group, but I've been using natural medicine for myself and my family for quite a few years now. The one thing I'm having trouble with now is that I can find information on alternative medicine for disorders, but I'm wondering about using it to help me quit smoking. Has anyone heard of aromatherapy being used for this purpose? Or is there some sort of tea or natural supplement that could prehaps get me through some of these initial cravings. (I quit a week ago.) I'm very determind and am sure that I will beat this addiction, because I will not settle for anything less, but I would like a little help easing the way...especially for the sake of those who have to live with my slightly crabbier nature for the next few weeks. Thanks in advance to anyone who has any advice. P.S. I can't afford (money or timewise) anything like massages or accupuncture at this time.
