Thanks for the advice. I will try it. Also wondering if you know

about how to apply the Bentonite clay in a poultice as the book

suggests. I believe Bentonite comes in a powder form. From what I

understand, one just mixes it with water to a paste and then applies

it to some cheesecloth very thickly. Does this sound right? It sounds

quite messy as well!

Does anyonr know about taking clay orally. Any stories or warnings

etc... to post here for me/us? I believe using it that way is the

real-business when it comes to drawing out impurities out of ones

body and detoxing. Bad elements get drawn to the clay balls that you

swallow and then they (the ball and the impurities) are passed out of

your body all in one go.
