Guest guest
Oh, I might add that you can waste your money taking supplements if you don't know what other factors need to be present for the supplements to work. I know of people that take calcium but still have flunked their bone density test because they're low magnesium and the body needs magnesium, must like it needs Vitamin D, in order to utilize the calcium. For maximum results with alpha lipoic acid (ALA), you should not only take the carnitine but also Co-Q-10 (I find the liquid sublingual type most effective); magnesium and Vitamin B complex. - Anna aljuarez writes: > I've used different brands of alpha lipoic acid (ALA) and saw no effect. > Then I startd using the brand I use now, Source Naturals 300mg., and > immediately noticed that my urine now had a weird odor.
