Hi!

The best source of Collagen is Grape Seed Extract, taken internally.

A group of plant flavonoids related to bioflavonoids but possessing

different health benefits, flavonols form unique condensed molecules

that have a remarkable affinity for collagen protein, and act as

powerful free-radial scavengers.

Grape seeds and Pine bark (Pycnogenol)- OPC's are potent

antioxidants and free-radical scavengers that prevent oxidative

damage linked to the aging process.

Pycnogenol restores elasticity and smoothness to skin via its

influence on skin protein formation. The compounds regenerate

collagen and shield it from free radical attack.

They help strengthen and restore permeability of capillaries to

allow more oxygen, nutrients, enzymes and hormones to pass through

cell membranes to replenish all the trillions of cells in the body.

This promotes smoothness and elasticity of the skin.

They are also found in high concentrations in blueberries and other

dark berries as well.

Regards, JoAnn
