The Good Doctor(s) re: Nutra Sweet...& cure for Panic

HI All,

 

I am a new member to this group, and I must say I am really impressed by the

sheer breadth of the range of topics you cover here. REALLY glad to see the

" new sweeteners " discussed so thoroughly, as a bout with NutraSweet caused

episodes of repeated blindness for me...the stuff is really POISON... BTW< I

have not had one episode since leaving off the stuff over two yrs. ago, and the

episudes were occuring on an average of 2X/week...

 

Can anyone here suggest a homeopathic remedy for the hot flashes & panic

occurances I am experiencing as a result of menopause...? My mother went thru

the exact same thing at my age (47). I completed menopause (I thought) 18 months

ago, only to have the repeated hot flashes/panic occurances not abate. I am

better informed than my Mom was, so know to just relax & wait them out, but

would really like to find a remedy.

PS Herbal remedies such as Black Cohosh have never worked for me, so am

particularly looking to Homeopathy.

I would suggest you try Black Cohosh, evening primrose

oil or Don quai is also good. My mother takes the

Black Cohosh and she has good luck with that. Also you

may want to try the stone, Moonstone, it is great for

hormonal problems and moodyness and balancing women's
