Time to announce the next Touching from the Heart workshop. After an amazing August retreat, it was clear that we needed to continue to share this work. 11-day Massage Training Intensive in Hawaii

with Nicolay Kreidler

 

Massage with the Spirit of Aloha! Learn and experience how to give a professional full-body therapeutic massage. This workshop is offered in a safe and sacred retreat setting. At the end of our 11-day intensive you will be able to:

 

o Give a professional massage incorporating a variety of techniques

o Assess indications and contra-indications for massage

o Understand basic anatomy and kinesiology

 

Touching from the Heart is a combination of the most effective strokes used in modalities such as Hawaiian Lomi Lomi, Shiatsu, Rebalancing, Deep Tissue and many more, orchestrated into a graceful flow.

 

Touching from the Heart is a massage-sequence designed to be adapted to your own body-requirements and the desired outcome of a session.

 

The Spirit of this workshop involves being completely present, while utilizing your breath, posture, and conscious movement to facilitate a deep sense of relaxation and release for giver and receiver.

 

Join us for a transformational experience including an introduction to Watsu, Hot Stone Therapy, Lomi Lomi and much more.

Together with a 50-hour Human Anatomy Intensive offered at Kalani Oceanside Retreat, this workshop can be a 150 hour pre-licensing course approved by DCCA Hawaii. Upon completion you will be eligible to begin an apprenticeship to become a State of Hawaii licensed massage therapist.

 

This bodywork retreat is also a time for you to reconnect with yourself. In addition you may participate in wellness programs and spend time soaking in the Spirit of Aloha that is so deeply felt on the Healing Island of Hawaii.

 

Whether you want to become a professional massage therapist, enhance already acquired skills, offer massages to friends and loved-ones or just allow yourself a new experience - you will find your place in our ohana (extended family).

 

Facilitators

Nicolay Kreidler is a principle massage therapist at Kalani Oceanside Retreat, licensed in the State of Hawaii (MAT 5680) and trained at the School of Shiatsu and Massage at Harbin Hot Springs, California, Europe and India in the healing arts. His training included Shiatsu, Jin Shin Do Acupressure, Craniosacral as well as Deep Tissue and Swedish massage. He is also an Aquatic Bodyworker and trained in Body-Centered Hypnotherapy.

 

Nicolay has experienced professional bodywork as a doorway to Self-recognition. His involvement for years in group-dynamics enables him to support people in their process of communication and Self-realization. Those he has touched will testify to his ability to hold a space sacred and safe for learning and healing.

 

His team brings their expertise and experience from diverse backgrounds to assist you and make this workshop the best possible experience for you.
