Guest guest
Dear Jeff-- I would suggest a couple of things. First, high blood pressure and acid reflux are both often related to poor breathing--especially what I call chronic hyperventilation. This occurs when people breathe mostly from their upper chest, often through their mouths, and usually too fast for the circumstances that they are in. When you do this, you lose too much carbon dioxide too quickly, which constricts the arteries and vessels. What's more, the fast, tensebreathing from the upper chest pulls everything up in you, which I (and some others) believe contributes to acid reflux. You will need how to breathe only through your nose, slow down your breathing, and breathe more from your belly. this will help your diaphragm move easily and effortlessly through more of its full range of motion. You can learn more about this on my website. There are also three free breathing practices there, all of which may be helpful to you. Second, I would suggest that you try pharmaceutical-grade fish oil, which research has shown may be able to help people with high BP and gout. You can learn more about this special kind of sih oil on my website.
