It is upto people now to follow these guidelines and benefit - instead of getting carried away with news reports that are exgagerating the threat. Swami Ram dev have also recommending Tusi and Giloy and people are following and benefiting. In addition avoid food that may be harmful to health - so that body resistance is high to fight these viruses. Tulsi every one knows if any one want to see or get Giloy - please let me know - i can get it for you.
