Guest guest
It is important to know how much we eat and the speed at which we eat. Eating too fast and too much can be fatal. Therefore for a long life - eat less and eat slowly. Chewing food is important as digestion of food starts in mouth. Important information of food digestion can be found at http://www.dmturner.org/Teacher/Library/4thText/FoodPart2.html Important lesson following sad story: GURGAON: A lunch-hour 'pastry-eating competition' among colleagues at an MNC office in Gurgaon turned into a grim tragedy when one of the 'contestants' choked and died after eating too much, too fast. Saurav Sabbarwal, 22, working as solutions engineer with Nokia Siemens Networking, was declared 'brought dead' at the Max Hospital after colleagues allegedly found him unconscious in the office washroom http://timesofindia.indiatimes.com/articleshow/3734135.cms?TOI_mostread
