Guest guest Posted September 21, 2008 Report Share Posted September 21, 2008 WARM UP:A warm up period is ths first part of every training session or preparation for competiton BENEFITS: (1) Raises body temperature (2) Increases metabolic rate (3) increases heart & respiratory rate (4) Increases the muscles & nervous system for exercise BASIC COMPONENTS & SEQUENCE OF WARM UP ACTIVITY:slow aerobic run,stretching & footbal drills PURPOSE:heat muscles,increase range of movement coordination preparation for training/competiton TIME:5 minutes,10 minutes & 10 minutes Get an email ID as yourname or yourname.
