With marketing of food at its best - lots of good points of packed food are advertised. Attractive labels are put on the boxes with photograph of a celebrity movie star. The food in such form can be solid or liquid (Soft Drinks or Packed Juices). What is not displayed and disclosed are1. Artifical color added to food - To make the food attractive2. Preservatives added to food - So that the package lasts for longer duration on stores.3. Emulsifiers - added to food - So that the consistency of food remains same and the color does not get shown.So what do all these packed food do to your digestive system - they weaken it - Due to preservative - which is meant to keep food from breaking down - it does not get digested in our digestive system. Therefore it does not provide us with the energy that was promised on the cover of the package. Also, our kidneys have to work extra hard to through out toxic artificial color and emulsifiers. Sometimes cells react to these forign bodies in the form of allergies. Some times packages contains label - contains permitted color and class 2 preservatives - Please do not get fooled by the term permitted - because it has been permitted by some organization that is legitimizing the use of artificial color and preservatives - actually creating the trojan. Only GOD knows what kinds of tests were performed to give the permitted label. In case these products were sent to some testing lab - it will definitely show up as a problem - however ordinary people are not aware of testing and get false sence of secuirty by the use of term permitted - They think Govt. has permitted hence it must be safe for health. Govt has also permitted Ciggarettes and Alcohol does that mean they are safe for health - the shops have the label - Govt approved supplier of alcohol - does that mean alcohol is safe? Offcourse not.
