Guest guest
Steps to grow Wheat grass: Soak the wheat grains Drain the water - use sprount maker to spout the wheat grain for a day - then spead it on soil of pot and cover with little soil. If sprout maker not available - directly spread on soil of pot and cover with little soil. Keep watered daily - lightly. The sprouts should be ready for use in about a week - harvest it when the grass is one week old. To have continuous supply of wheet grass - plant it in 7-8 small pots and harvest it one pot at a time. It is like planting kethri in navratra's - ask your grandmother - she should know how to do this. To take out the juice - you can use electrice mixy - put some water and wheat grass and run for couple of seconds. Or you can use manual juicer - like silwatta - or like shown in attached file. Try it out - it is fun and useful - if still you have problem - ask me - i have done this. Regards, Lokesh
