Dehydration can also cause headaches and joint pain. My FIRST recommendation to

my clientele is to work on their water intake. I came across a couple of

references stating that a TRUE daily minimum is a half-ounce per pound of body

weight. Also, caffeine and alcohol inhibit the uptake of fluids from the

digestive system.
