" The Botany of Desire " , by Michael Pollan, has a nice chapter on Marijuana.

It addresses cultivation from the plant's perspective, and the gardner's

take, too. And I just found a documentary based on the book, which covers

some of the same detail, It's available on Netflix on demand.

 

Out here in California it's been almost legalized for a while.

Again we see how easy it is to jump from one subject to another .. or maybe

from one talking point to another. I believe that you are in the

majority regarding your opinion of legalization of MJ .. but that was not

my point. ;-) I feel comfortable standing beside my statement that the

majority of legistlation introduced can be presented as being as in the best

interests of the public but is usually in the best interests of those who

introduce it.
