Hiya Maree! Welcome to the list.

My personal favorite is grapefruit for a mood lifter. Bergamot is lovely as

well. I'm sure you'll get great suggestions and commentary from the others. I

<3 this list!!!

Hi Maree,

Welcome to the group! I've been a member here for many many years, and am also

in Aust. Where do you live?

My ultimate, uplifting, happy, feel-good oil is grown right here: Lemon

Myrtle!! Have you smelt it? It helps me heaps when I'm feeling down. I can't

get enough. But...it has to be the real thing. I've seen soooo many soaps made

with it - and being a soap maker myself, I don't know how they can use so much

real EO for the scent to last. I think there is much synthetic stuff around (I

guess that applies to any EO).

Anyhow, welcome to the group :-)

Hi everyone, my name is Maree and I am from Australia. Recently I have taken

an interest in Aromatherapy. What I am after - has anyone got a good recipe for

anxiety/depression inhaler. I know you use crystal salt in a jar to absorb the

oil. I'd like to know how many drops and which oils. Thanks

Hi Fiona,

I am from Carrum Downs in Victoria.  Isn't it a beautiful day today.  I can't

wait for winter to come along thou.  I think we need a good amount of rain this

year.  I can actually smell the chemicals in our   water supply now.  Thanks

for the information on Lemon Myrtle.  I will get some next week.  Can you make

that as an inhaler?  Have a lovely day and nice to meet you    Maree
