Guest guest
Most states have very strict formal rules regarding refunds for tuition. And they frequently change. If a school makes getting a refund difficult, it is likely out of compliance with the law. You might call your state dept of education. MOMS has a distance ed program for the educational component of midwifery. We're organized in Oregon, and I talk to the Dept of Ed folks regularly to make sure we are current. It is a pain, but running a school is indeed a pain in many ways! Fortunately, right now, all our distance ed program students are great, so working with them is fun.
