This character was (is?) an old Young Living guru

YL folks seem to have a history of migrating from YL to other MLM and there

are many MLM alive today that were created by ex-YL middle and upper

management folks.

The longer they get away with false claims and outright lies .. and the more

profit they make .. the more careless they become and the more attention

they get from folks who can no longer ignore those claims. In time it

might bite them in the butt .. maybe not .. seems the Fed agencies have more

on their plates than they can handle .. or maybe more than they want to

handle. In the meantime, they'll make a bundle ripping folks off and in

some cases causing harm to folks who seek their magic bullets rather than go

to a credible medical source for treatment.

Was a time when a bunch of us (8 or 10 folks best as I can remember) worked

hard to bring YL to justice .. we had a medical doctor on our team then and

she had experience with a patient who had sought treatment for cancer at the

YL Clinic (later closed) in Utah. Somewhere along the line I think the YL

lawyers got to her cause she backed off. One of my old friends .. a fellow

I respected a lot .. Dr. Professor Husnu Baser, was down on them till they

compromised him with trips and such. In time, that bunch of us who were

working to expose YL and educate the public began to realize that we were

peeing into the wind so interest slowly left the group.

Sometimes it takes a very significant and well publicized emotional

experience for State or Federal officials to act .. like with the two

largest Ponzi schemes in the USA .. Madoff and the Social Security System.

Will probably come a time .. when they are older .. that you will wish they

still got up before you. You will probably be getting up early to drag

them outta the bed. ;-)

Y'all have a good one .. and keep smiling. :-)

Butch ... http://www.AV-AT.com <http://www.av-at.com/>

PS: Marcia .. glad your reunion with the old friend from 50 years back went

well. Mine yesterday in HopTown was as I expected it to be ... boring.

;-) My old girlfriend was a sourpuss who looked older than my mother

looked when she died in her mid 80s .. and she was not as intelligent or

charming as my mother was. Of the 5 male friends .. with four of them the

only thing I had in common was our high school days .. they stopped learning

the day after graduation and no subject I could come up with sparked

interest in their dull minds. One of the five retired from the Army ..

HU1A pilot in 'Nam .. was an interesting feller. Of the 6 of us males only

he and I were still active of mind and body, had a zest for life and could

see our toes while standing straight. All in all the trip was worthwhile

... it made me realize how fortunate I was to have escaped my environment and

entered into a world where I could pull myself up and and go somewhere ..

and wind up with a life that has been and continues to be exciting and

worthwhile.

Dunno Butch...we homeschool so any necessities for being up early revolve around

field trips. At one time they slept till 8am....but at another time they were

up for the day at 4:30am. I'll accept the middle ground of 6:30ish that they've

been doing the last year or two. We don't start any seatwork till around 10

usually.

THANKS for the nutshell for us newbies regarding YL and the connections. It's

always interesting how snake oil is like wildfire in a desert drought; and the

slurry buckets of truth and caution just can't seem to quench it. *sigh*
