Hello all

I wanted to know if anyone knew of any names of non herbal teas that was

available?

I can not take anything that can boost my immune system, due to transplant meds,

but not sure what other tea is out there.

I know that black tea is ok for me, but I am curious to find out what else is

there.

I am new at all this, but so intrested in what is out there.

thanks for any suggestions, advice or help

All teas come from the same plant. The differences are in how they are

processed. I have a link on my blog to my absolute favorite tea company:

Susan meant all 'green' or 'black' teas, of course. Camellia sinensis

akaThea sinensis in some cultures. Herbal teas like chamomile, hibiscus,

etc. are not included. Sugar, there are lovely infused black teas, those

with roses added, Earl Grey, etc. There's a lot of diversity available in

the black/green tea choices. Green tea is also very healthy and a good

substitute for coffee, which is not.
