Guest guest
Dear Ahmed, First of all, welcome to the group! Second of all, what is the proper way to address you, by your given name or surname? Thank you for sharing proper etiquette for your culture. As far as your facial pain, I would have to question your diet, lifestyle and any dental implants you may have. Do you have any metal fillings in your teeth? Do you eat organic foods? Do you sit in front of a computer screen for many hours every day? You state that your pain is probably related to " anxiety, " please explain where the anxiety comes from. Are you exposed to heavy metals on a regular basis? Do you drink filtered water? What type of diet do you eat? If you could answer these questions, it would help me to help you. You may email me privately if you wish. Warm regards, Lori herbal remedies , " Ahmed Kamal " <ahmedkq> wrote: > > > Dear All: > I am Ahmed Kamal from Cairo Egypt. Guest guest
Are you familiar with bach flower remedies? They are floral essences that are designed to help the body cope with negative states. http://www.rainbowcrystal.com/bach/bach2.html this site helps explain what each one helps you cope with. It is a thought. They have really helped me cope with anxiety about my children, and have helped my daughter cope with nightmares. Guest guest
Two more things also come to mind Ahmed, have you ever been in an accident involving your neck or head, do you go to a chriopractor?...Debbie herbal remedies , Ahmed Kamal <ahmedkq> wrote: > Dear Lori: > Thanks a lot for your attention It is nice to call me Ahmed directly, About my pain please find below the answer of your valuable questions: > > Introduction > I have complint from more than 10 years but the pain is increasing over years.and also I have permenant numbness in the side of pain, but the pain itself is related to anxiety and I had till now 3 MRIs
Guest guest
Hi, Ahmend, Debbie, and all.. I also like valerian and passionflower. I am finding that amino acids are great for calming down, too.. Check out GABA, tryptophan or 5htp, and theanine. I'm thinking minerals are really important too, such as potassium, magnesium, iodine, etc. Which of Doc's formulae are good for these? I guess the lemon egg thing would be great for calcium, which is probably calming. Guest guest
Ahmed and Debbie, the stress of the computer work, along with the other stress Ahmend mentioned, would also be enough to cause chronic neck and head pain.. I ask my massage clients with chronic neck, jaw and/or head pain, if they grind their teeth? Also, are there clicking noises in the jaw? (possible bruxism or TMJ syndrome). the facial nerves could certainly be involved.. ; / One can learn to change habits to keep the neck and jaw more limber. Massage chiropractic and/or cranial work would be very helpful. Guest guest
Dear Debbie: Thanks a lot. I will try to know the public name of the flowers you have mentioned in Egypt. And will try it if I find them here in Cairo. Actually I believe that the main part of my problem is the anxiety. Many thannks --- devorah91 <devorah888 wrote: > > > Hi Ahmed and welcome to the group....I would get the mercury out of > your mouth as soon as you can, and bach flower is great, I also use > valerian root and passion flower they are awesome to calm you > down ...Debbie > > > > > > herbal remedies , ramona@r... wrote: > > > > Are you familiar with bach flower remedies? Guest guest
Hi Debbie: Actually I have the front tooth broken (at the side of pain) as a result of falling on ground and I don't go to chriopractor because I simply don't know what does it mean Ahmed --- devorah91 <devorah888 wrote: > > > Two more things also come to mind Ahmed, have you ever been in an > accident involving your neck or head, do you go to a > chriopractor?...Debbie > > > > > herbal remedies , Ahmed Kamal <ahmedkq> > wrote: > > Dear Lori: > > Thanks a lot for your attention It is nice to call me Ahmed > directly, About my pain please find below the answer of your > valuable questions: > > > > Introduction > > I have complint from more than 10 years but the pain is increasing > over years.and also I have permenant numbness in the side of pain, > but the pain itself is related to anxiety and I had till now 3 MRIs > > > > > > >
