In order for a link to be active, many email programs require you to

include the http:// part of the address. If you start with www, some of

us will not receive an active link. For example my webtv activates

addresses that start with www, but my netscape does not.

Hi I think that there should be more info on the products that you want to

sell

candies have no mention of the weight for the price

better picures, pehaps bein able to enlarge the pic for better view.

The prices are great but laks sufficient infor to make me want to order,

also i think that the shipping cost is very high

hope you dont mind me giving you my opinion.

i do not own a credit card, is there a facility for buying by other means?

I agree...you need to put in more information....also, I wasn't sure if you

were selling real candy or if it was soap in a new fragrance. Won't it be

hard to sell candy through the mail during the summer? Will you have to put

in a lot of preservatives to keep the chocolate from melting?

Actually it's not hard to sale candy through the mail

I've sent candy to my relatives and it works just fine

squashed or melted The candy is in a seperate category

Hi All,

We have just soft launched our new website . . . we'll be trouble shooting

and updating lots of additional information/photos over the next few weeks

and then announce a grand opening with a splash on November 16 (with some

fabulous treasure hunt giveaways). It is fully operational for shopping

with the exception of security links which will happen some time tomorrow.

I'd greatly appreciate it if folks here could cruise around and give me

feedback on things they find cumbersome, confusing or troubling. We started

working with the designer over a year and a half ago and I've been

researching every spare minute to provide up-to-date information in the

product profiles. This info isn't all up yet and we are maintaining all

information in a database for ease of for quick updating and transition,

which takes a little longer to do. It is truly a labor of love and I know

that it will always be a work in progress. Some things are still wacko (in

the community section, website list is far from organized and complete, for

instance) and will be corrected over the next few weeks.

This is the only group we're announcing to until formal launch, and other

than the handful of beta testers and copy editors still giving us feedback,

you all are the first to see it. We greatly appreciate your feedback and

will give any shopper here a 20% discount on orders that come through from

any of you who send suggestions and comments to samara.

Looking forward to your thoughts . . . .and thanks. url same as always,

Re: New Website

Curious, Fiona, did you hear the chimes? On some computers, even with sound

at normal levels, they don't come through. Thanks for the feedback.

I am having to respond here on because the new email config isn't

working right with new server. I knew this part of it would take some patience,

however, so my bp isn't climbing. :-)

Thanks, Marge. I'm in good company with you. Have to comment publicly

here; you have set a wonderful example for diligently providing information

and resources . . . You've been an inspiration to many. I know that our

early days on idma and organizing, contributing to AGORA has set a high bar

in terms of integrity, honesty and continuing to weed through the hype and

we should be proud of these efforts over the years. I can only hope that my

website evolves to be a good contribution along those lines, as well as

keeping an income stream doing what I love.

why bless your heart... thank you!

picking up on your 'doing what I love " ... thinking that we are so truly

blessed, being able to do what we love. Wouldn't it be dreadful to have to

get 'a real job'... (and only work 40 hours a week ;)
