UAE UPDATE: Second Soldier on the Ground- SW AFG, Camp Stone/wound supplies needed

I have been able to post the pic of our second Soldier on the Ground on our

Facebook page (tried to put here but got locked out!!). Bryan Moore is the son

of our Beloved Jeanne Rose, and he is stationed in Camp Stone, in the SW part of

Afghanistan. He is not as accessible so his gifts will take a bit to get there,

and we will await feedback thru Jeanne. Jeanne is also making soap for the

platoon, if you would like to support her venture in that contact her directly.

 

Now we have two Soldiers to keep safe in our thoughts and prayers. I expect many

more to find us.

 

Keep those supplies coming. If you have a large package and we know your product

it may be possible and more economical for you to send direct. Please let us

know if you would like to do that. Meanwhile, we will take anything, as

Geraldine is a whiz at putting things together! if you have any discontinued or

expired still good stock, we would like to help you recycle and clear out for

the new year.

 

 

NEWS: this just in a medic (undisclosed location) has requested teatree and

lavender, bandage supplies, antibiotics to treat the wounds of the population.

Soldiers are taken away for medical care, but he refuses to leave the children

especially. He needs supplies to carry on so we are gearing up for this, his

first package will go out next week and we will determine his needs, but for now

if anyone has connections for wound supplies (gauze/bandage/tape) or wound care

kits to donate towards this new project please let us know.
