Guest guest
Thanks for the replies. I have tried remedial massage, accupuncture , and have tried lots of blends, but will try the heli and St Johns Wort. I know I will probably need surgery eventually, but ....I need to see the boys... Guest guest
I'm a bad bad person cuz my answer was, Swallow a couple of advil, slap a Woobey on it, or ice or better yet alternate them until you felt good to go. Oh and if the heat helped, then I'd apply some diluted black pepper, another hot Woobey and call it done. Sigh, not a P.C. Answer for this list, but it's worked for me. Best of luck jeanine, go see your boys, get your hugs in, and then think about that surgery. Sorry to be of no help whatsoever.
