YEAH!! United Aromatherapy Effort is now on FACEBOOK thanks to Geraldine!

I put a pic of our first SOG- Jim when he left the " Spa " (Camp Phoenix) for the

first time on dismounted patrol around two sectors of the camp. They are in an

industrial area, with some poor villages with mud huts and nasty water in the

streets. He described it dirty, trashy, smelly and sad (deformed children, poor

conditions); and one from one of his first Humanitarian Assistance Mission to a

school to deliver supplies like paper and pencil, notebooks and back packs (they

have none). His job is to collect info for the Center for Army Lessons Learned

(CALL) and see what could be done better, etc, report back to CALL here, etc. so

on missions he is to watch the Security Forces (SECFOR) which is the Afghan

army. On this mission they surrounded the village and were too spread out so he

watched the children!!

 

He got the first box and said " The minute I opened the package my life changed.

My mind felt relieved, I breath deeply. I am healed at the first breath. OMG

it works. God in heaven thank you for my healing auntie; she is the medicine

woman of our village. She is the one who lifts us up and makes us whole.

AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!! " "

later he said: he cant wait for the day to end so he can " get back there for

therapy " , and would " like to invite the entire camp in for healing " - he is

sharing with the Outreach group that arranges the Humanitarian Assistance first,

will keep us posted, but for now he says he can BREATHE!!

 

Will put some more pics up as I can- cannot figure out how to do them on the

site, but the facebook works good for that. One day will figure out the website!

 

(Before anyone offers ideas, it was an original donation, it is hosted on my AIA

site and my sweet webmaster took it over and revamped for pics and stuff, but

now I have to manage alone, it is in php, and originally I could use

sausage/hotdog software to make minor changes and keep up to date. couple of

years ago I lost the webmaster donation and the program for working on-hotdog

went out of business. I dont (yet) have the know how so I use moredits.com to

make changes but it wont let me put a pic on the homepage, and other things.....

This is one large area we could use some help in if anyone wishes to donate some

skills to help with the site :-)

 

so now everyone can join or link or whatever you would like to do!!

 

YEAH feel like we are getting out there. Soon as I get feedback from the first

shipment we will put out a call for more of what they like
