This server is proving a pain up the rear over technical problems with emails. Also, their customer services over fixing the problems are hopeless. I've never had a problem except when I load up a new thing, like site analytics and have forgotten how to do it. I've called them, they answer, they've been patient and helpful. One year they called me to save me some money and the guy I talked to used to be in the soaping industry. That was a way cool conversation. My email has been set up with googlemail and so I can't say much on this issue with godaddy. Good luck in finding someone who is capable of helping.
