Guest guest
Howdy y'all, I just purchased both berry and leaf and plan to mix them 50/50. I read a > while back that the combo worked well so I'm going to give it a try and so > is my sis who is having a terrible time with hot flashes. > > Margaret > There are studies on this .. and I have a kit bag full of personal testimonials that support what you say .. it does work for reducing hot flashes. And Margaret did well to purchase both because the Berry is stronger than the Leaf .. and some ladies want to find what is best for them ... not everybody reacts the same. And good it is that Stacey was specific in stating that the person is not on hormones .. if they were then they should not use Vitex. As for men .. they should not sniff it anyway .. it causes nausea in men. The Common Name is Chaste because it was often used by monks. Y'all have a good one .. and keep smiling. :-) Butch .. http://www.AV-AT.com <http://www.av-at.com/> .. GC Tested Wholesale/Retail EO .. Tested Hydrosols .. Vitex .. and other goodies shipped from our store in downtown Friendsville, MD. And it appears it can scare a man into not using it fearing monks chaste effect so they get nauseous. Guest guest
I wonder if it would work on hormonal teenage boys. Hmmmmmm. Perhaps I'll conduct a study. K Who's in her house in Spokane now, enjoying a light rain and cool temps.
