Guest guest
Hi All, Would anyone have any nice blends for reducing scarring but also something that would aid in balancing the immune system as well. I have a condition called sarcoidosis which affects my skin and sometimes I get granulomas on my skin which are itchy and then leave a scar. Is there any blend that may help with this? I dont have any allegies. Thanks everyone! Rebecca

Guest guest
Hi Rebecca There is a *glitch* at the moment, soon as you hit *post* (from the web page) it deletes the text you just entered... *Sigh* we just " love " .... ;-( Anyone who uses the home page to post - I suggest you right click/highlight/copy your text *before* you hit post. also seems to be logging people out quite arbitrarily just now (which also deletes the post you were working on) so it might a good idea copy your mail - just in case on of the bugs get you! Guest guest
Rebecca, Beware of using essential oils on your skin unless they are greatly diluted. You have a condition which could be made far worse by using the wrong natural ingredients. In my opinion (as an ex herbalist) you would be far better using herbal infusions to treat the itchy skin. An infusion of Echinacea is very good for soothing the skin. You could try some fixed oils such as rosehip oil to soften the scars. Do not be mislead by all the outrageous claims you will find on the internet. Guest guest
Rosa Rubingenosa(sorry the spelling) oil works well. I used it on my daughter when she had chicken pox and I mean she was covered from head to foot with the scars at 6 months old. Well, now she has acne, but she came out of the chicken pox with no scars or anything. You couldn't tell she ever had it. I on the other hand, still have scars and dents on my face. Guest guest
Hi Martin, I only just saw this response, thank you I will try and get some echinacea. I normally expect responses to go straight to my but i dont think your's do.Anyway, never mind.I have been using a combination of rosehip, comfrey, vitamin e on the scars that have already healed completely although I understand that this will take a few months to see any affect. Many thanks, Rebecca ATFE , " Martin Watt " <aromamedical wrote: > > Rebecca, > > Beware of using essential oils on your skin unless they are greatly diluted.
