Gary Young and Young Living ** Was: IDMA?

Howdy Sue, Kathleen .. other good folks ..

IDMA was the first News Group I ever joined .. right after getting into the

business in 1995. I was in Turkey at the time .. a place where kindness

and courtesy is demanded and practiced .. and I well recall the knock down

and drag out posts that were common on IDMA. The group was not moderated

... that is, except that folks took sides and even then there were some

curmudgeons who just didn't get the message when 98% of the posts were agin

their behavior. ;-)

True it was that there was a lot of learning on IDMA .. but looking back I

now understand that some of that learning would be better classified as

misinformation .. and often the egos of some who had a good amount of

knowledge caused them to not be listened to .. while the charisma of some

who knew not their butt from a hole in the ground found eager listeners.

Gary Young has been in the pokey more than once .. but odds are against him

being locked away for long because following warnings by the FDA and FCC,

the Young Living organization has pretty much protected themselves by

publicly and For The Record telling their folks not to make false claims ..

while having their flunkies in the Up Line tell them differently in their on

and off line commo as well as in their private meetings.

But .. as I understand it GY is sorta locked out of the U.S.A. now .. or at

least he has chosen to remain in South America and it is reported that he

had been able to purchase a real university diploma this time .. one that

says he is a Doctor.
