Guest guest
As part of our backup/disaster supplies, we're doubling up on some of the basic herbs we grow: Peppermint, lemon balm, oregano, parsley, sage, rosemary, and - you guessed it - thyme. We're also looking at a few more fruit trees, peas, beans, and greens. Have you changed your garden plan, or increased your recession garden to have a larger supply in case of disaster? Have you added specific plants, in case you might need them? Do you keep beans, peas, or seeds around for sprouting? I'd love to hear what others are doing with this. Cheers, Christina
