just in from DougE who will be in Texas for the following therapists training:

(which includes aromatherapy emergency work! as the United Aromatherapy Effort

supplies product so all have to know enough to be able to give out during

emergency work). If you want to train for this work now is the rare chance,

Emergency Response Massage International, Inc (ERMI), a non-profit volunteer

organization of massage therapists who provide stress reducing chair massage for

emergency responders following a disaster/critical incident, is putting on the

The cost for the training is $95.00 for licensed/certified massage therapists,

$65.00 for massage students. Training is a one day class from 9:00am to 5:00pm.

Please bring a massage chair if you have one and a copy of your

license/certification and insurance. On completion of training 7 NCBTMB

Continuing Education hours are awarded. Emergency Response Massage

International, Inc. is approved by the National Certification Board for

Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (NCBTMB) as a continuing education Approved

Provider. Provider # 450925-09

 

T-shirts will be available for purchase by team members at the training.
