If you don't, the new FDA Global Harmonization Act of 2009, that makes

registration mandatory, will put you out of business.

 

http://tinyurl.com/3m4xm Sec. 5.d will sink one-person businesses -

fight the FDAGA2009. More later, and please don't drink the Kool-Aid.

 

If you belong to an organization that quickly agreed that the FDAGA2009

is great for you, think again. I have a team of great folks pouring over

the requirements, and just Sec. 5.d raises a red flag.
