Cinnamon bark oil is VERY active against bacteria and fungi, but is so

active it will also kill your skin cells. I do not know how much is

in the product referred to, but no way would I use that stuff without

wearing gloves.

 

Cinnamon **aqueous extract** is what has shown anti viral activity. I

do wish people who use scientific references would check out what type

of extract was used as it is critical, and frequently corrupted in

aromatherapy.
