Guest guest
Thanks to all who replied, the thyme oil I have used is Thymus serpyllum in a spray on conditioner. I only use this if we are going somewhere I don't know well and am not sure if there are ticks, but it is an oil that is recommended for repelling ticks in aromatherapy books I have. I use it for a week at most if on holiday in a suspect area but definitely not for any longer and in a low dosage. I will look at the rose geranium oil suggested. Thankful for all input Carol
Guest guest
Carol, Interesting use of that oil, but i am not aware of if it works for ticks. Beware of most stuff you will read in aromatherapy novels, there are very few indeed that are well researched. Soon I hope to have a new web site with book reviews on it.
