Try searching Amazon second hand or the other second hand dealers. My Son got me few unused copies from Ebay sellers for cheaper than I could get them (as an author) direct from the publisher. I believe the publishers stock is out now, and it will not be republished due to me blocking them - regular publishers are parasites!
