Just be sure to put on the label " not for use on skin " or something like that. You can still get away with not putting exact ingredients for fragrance on your labe (cosmetics)l. I use essential oils, absolutes etc. in scenting my skin care products and could, if I chose to, put only " fragrance " on the label. (it's not what I do) I like full disclosure on skin care/soap products so if someone has an allergy they can use or not use my products based on that knowledge. Have a good one!
