Guest guest
Yesterday I went to the funeral of a friend’s husband- first one of my generation to go and a very big wake up call Seeing so many people looking very shocked at his fast departure without warning, and chatting afterwards to them made me realise the importance of living everyday to the full. So, I am about to dust of the walking shoes and go for a walk along the beach, starting off my day in a positive way. We read about this all the time, but it is not until it happens to someone dear to you that it sinks in. Enjoy the most of every day and the small stuff isn’t worth sweating over. Cheers Jeanine
