Guest guest
Flippin " Himself " wants to move to DENVER now instead of Spokane. Now I earth googled Denver... wasn't a pretty place. I expected mountains and yet they're like 90 minutes away. I was surprised at how " midwestern " The area looked. Or is my perceptions totally skewed? The mountans are all around the city! Denver is in the mountains! They have an amazing botanical garden in the city, a huge park, the people were friendly, the Garden of the Gods (in Colorado Springs) is just a short drive away and Red Rocks is right next door! I loved it there! Granted, I only spend a few days in the area, but I've been thinking about it ever since I've been back home. It's amazing! Guest guest
Well, himself is flying out on Thursday next week to drive around the whole area for a few days. I hope he hates it. Now, I have nothing against Denver, one of the two best teams in the NFL resides there and I would love to attend a game. The surrounding area looks really pretty and there is a lot that I have read about it that I like. So. What's the problem then? 10 years ago if he'd said Denver, I would have pushed the car there myself. Now, I just want to go Home and Spokane is the closest thing to home that I know. On top of ALL that, he PROMISED me Spokane and he's trying to renege. So see... I don't really have anything against Denver, it's just not home. ;-) K -- Kathleen Petrides Bead Hussy http://www.BeadHussy.com <http://www.beadhussy.com/>
