Guest guest
Hi Alison Thanks for the expanded info on who to contact and more. Yes, the IFAS is the Florida UC Davis school aggie-type organization. I also alerted the local writer for the Miami Herald. On my group, one member in Phoenix wrote she has a patio of dead honey bees and her husband just put those eco-lights in a month ago and that's when it started. Another just wrote from Berkeley that she had no bees when she had eco-lights and she removed them and now she has 5 types of bees. This is so relevant to all the plants and flowers we love, from aromatherapy to food. I wonder if we've stumbled on something about these eco lights? I'm not going to put the light on tonight and see what's happening on my porch tomorrow, and then I'm going to put the light on tomorrow night and check Monday morning. This is a horror I want to get some cold hard evidence about - those poor little bees, my heart is just breaking thinking I may be the cause of their deaths! You know me, I will raise a stink about this if it's the darn eco-lights!
