Guest guest
And, and, while I think enjoy 'fine' things more than others, I'm also more 'sensitive' or 'aware' of marginal things more than others. Like someone using Table Salt (eWww!) or using pre ground pepper (hunh?) as apposed to nice sea salt or freshly grinding your own. Or a mango, that's a day and a half past it's ripeness, steaming broccoli 60 seconds too long, the flavor of real wood BBQ as opposed to propane. And even using something like corn or soybean oil where you should use peanut or olive oil. As a kid I must have been like a little Gordan Ramzey only I didn't say " Dunk ee! " all the time. Just the other day I was in one of those fresh juice chains and I smell that a few of the oranges the just juice were just a tad moldy. I'm sure I'm not the only one hear who has sympathy for people who cook for them. David Roman Daniels
