Guest guest
It looks like lots of us have a " lightening " of the load lately. (Forgive me Rhavda.. but you know where that one came from.) *rolling eyes* wonders will never cease... Jennifer. (who consequently needs to lay down for a while cause those hormones are raging and making my eye twitch.) Gotta love hormones... They do such wonderful things for us. They get houses cleaned, kids straightened up and they give us a reason to eat chocolate! WhEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEee.. > - > sos79 > 06/05/08 11:33 pm > ATFE2 > RE: [ATFE2] Re: Everyday miracles > > Dear Michele, > I've been busy with a number of things going on from harvesting > roses > and herbs to having our house hit by lightning on May 6th and then a week > ago having a sudden flood in one of our bathrooms. Guest guest
At the conference last August I put Lavender, Rosemary, and >> Peppermint >> on the cotton balls to help you. I got that information in the mid-80's >> from Maggie Tisserand's book, Aromatherapy for Women, and I have used it >> ever since to help people. OMGoodness~ I am so thankful to have read that post~ I have horrible allergies~ for some reason most e/o's and f/o's don’t bother me~ but a few set me off really bad~ I can be at school and someone come in with perfume on and buddy ~ it's all over~ I sneeze until I throw up sometimes~ I am so miserable during allergy season, I cough all night, then sniffle and cough all day~ the dr has me on inhaler, clarinex, and nose drops~ If this works I will be so thankful to give those up~ I'm so dang tired of sucking on that inhaler~ God help me I am~ ! I hope it's in equal amts~ since I have all three e/o's~ Lavender is my fav with rosemary and peppermint a close second an third~ so this will be wonderful to smell as well as to treat~ thanks~ you may very well have saved my life~! Guest guest
Sounds like my 10-yr-old, Abby. She takes Zyrtec, Flonase, and Singulair. Several times a year she has to use an inhaler too. She gets almost migraine type headaches at time. Sniffing Lavendar helps relax her at those times.
