Guest guest
Hi Guys! Just wondering if you had ever thought of massage - in particular a therapist who knows about trigger point therapy?? I'm sure this would help you as well. Cheers, Fiona Australia
Guest guest
Hi I know there was another post saying that trigger point therapy could make cluster headaches worse - but I've lost it! Sorry! Anyway... Its obviously an individual thing because I've had one client with cluster headaches, and several with normal migraine (if migraine can be call *normal*!) who all improved immensely (2 migraines came off meds completely over a 2/3 month period) with regular AT massage combined with trigger points therapy. The oils I used varied from client to client - but most blends contained some Yarrow (Achillea millefolium). Additionally, two clients (migraine) found a blend of Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia) Petitgrain (Citrus aurantium) and Peppermint (Mentha Piperita) at a dilution of 2x2x 0.5 in aquas gel, in a roller ball application, helpful.
