Hi Lisa and others wanting to make a difference in the way YL works.

 

Feel free to try to make them understand what they are doing isnt working. Many

of us have tried for many years. So that being said, you may want to point out

to the store owners, their attorney and their insurance carrier that not only is

taking orally out of their scope, but so many have been injured with the RDT

especially that we now have a reporting area so that we can finally begin to

have a formal collecting place for information and document the damage.

 

NAHA has posted a form that injured parties can fill out and mail in- eventually

it will be submitted when budget allows) so we can collect the data. The

following links are now active and anyone can fill out a damage report. This

will help me and others out because we have to fend the calls and emails after

RDT treatments. Feel free to link any similar pages to these so the word can get

around. and if you know someone injured, send them to the page to help us

collect data.
